How long does shipping take?

  • Products that are MADE TO ORDER (collection drops) 3-6 weeks MAX for processing upon shipping time. Working on faster timing! 

  • * Please keep in mind that the shipping time listed at checkout tells you how long the piece will take to arrive after it's finished being processed (cut & sewn). The timeframe listed above is for shipping and processing.

(If you are anywhere else, would like to purchase and your region isn't available, contact Labcarty@gmail.com and we'll get something sorted out for you.) 

What's your return policy? 

All sales are final.

Although, you can email labcarty.cs@gmail.com if you have any issues regarding your product. Cases will vary from person to person and piece to piece so you are welcome to reach out if you have any problems within 2 weeks of receiving your product. You will not be guaranteed a return/refund. 

* A partial return fee will be charged to INTERNATIONAL & U.S due to high return shipping costs.

PS: Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Lab Carty is NOT responsible for address mistakes. If it is brought to our attention, we will reach out to the customer but otherwise it is up to the customer to make sure their address is correct.

What country is your price rates based in?

All prices are priced in Canadian currency at the moment. (CAD)
